We are dedicated to making our wines through natural fermentation. Secondary fermentation at low temperature allows a slower fermentation which guarantees finer bubbles. Our small capacity vats ensure perfectly uniform fermentation. We are looking for pleasant wines which is why the level of residual sugar in our wine is 10g/L.
